Die Linie „Ethik und Leadership“ der Karl Schlecht Stiftung fördert Forschungsprojekte zu den Auswirkungen Kultureller Bildung auf die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung angehender Führungskräfte in der Wirtschaft.
