Rahmenvereinbarung Jugendtagungsstätte zur Durchführung des FSJ Ganztagsschule Seminar in Rheinland-Pfalz (2017/02)
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Jugendtagungsstätte im Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz bei der alle Bedingungen für die späteren Abrufe bereits jetzt festgelegt werden und die daher später ohne erneuten Aufruf zum Wettbewerb vorgenommen werden.
Für die Teilnehmer/-innen am „FSJ Ganztagsschule“ wird für das Seminar eines jeden Jahrgangs eine geeignete Jugendtagungsstätte (Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Seminar- und Gruppenräume mit entsprechender Ausstattung) benötigt.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für den Zeitraum 01.08.2017 bis 31.07.2018 abgeschlossen.
Bei dem Seminar handelt es sich in der Regel um eine Teilnehmergruppe von 105 Teilnehmer/-innen plus 10 Trainern/-innen. Zeitraum: 02.-06.10.2017. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine Mindestbelegung bzw. eine Mindestanzahl an Unterkunft- und Verpflegungsleistungen besteht nicht.
