Rahmenvereinbarung Jugendtagungsstätte zur Durchführung des FSJ Ganztagsschule Augustseminar in Rheinland-Pfalz (2015/13)
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Jugendtagungsstätte im Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz bei der alle Bedingungen für die späteren Abrufe bereits jetzt festgelegt werden und die daher später ohne erneuten Aufruf zum Wettbewerb vorgenommen werden.
Für die Teilnehmer/-innen am „FSJ Ganztagsschule“ wird für das 2. Seminar im August eines jeden Jahrgangs eine geeignete Jugendtagungsstätte (Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Seminar- und Gruppenräume mit entsprechender Ausstattung) im nördlichen Rheinland Pfalz benötigt.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für den Zeitraum 01.09.2015 – 12.08.2017 abgeschlossen.
Bei den Seminaren handelt es sich in der Regel um eine Teilnehmergruppe von ca. 45 – 55 Teilnehmer/-innen plus 6 Trainern/-innen. Zeitraum: 07.08.2017 – 11.08.2017. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine Mindestbelegung bzw. eine Mindestanzahl an Unterkunft- und Verpflegungsleistungen besteht nicht.
