Rahmenvereinbarung Jugendtagungsstätte zur Durchführung von FSJ Ganztagsschule Einführungstagen und Seminaren in Rheinland-Pfalz (2015/5)
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Jugendtagungsstätte im Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz bei der alle Bedingungen für die späteren Abrufe bereits jetzt festgelegt werden und die daher später ohne erneuten Aufruf zum Wettbewerb vorgenommen werden.
Für die Teilnehmer/-innen am „Freiwilligen Sozialen Jahr Ganztagsschule“ wird für den Einführungstag und das Seminar eines jeden Jahrgangs eine geeignete Jugendtagungsstätte (Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Seminar- und Gruppenräume mit entsprechender Ausstattung) benötigt.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für den Zeitraum 01.08.2015 bis 31.07.2018 abgeschlossen.
Bei den Einführungstagen und Seminaren handelt es sich in der Regel um eine Teilnehmergruppe von 55 Teilnehmer/-innen. Bei den Einführungstagen kommen zusätzlich 3 Trainer/-innen und bei den Seminaren zusätzlich 6 Trainern/-innen. Zeitraum Einführungstage: 1 Tag innerhalb der Sommerferienwochen im Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz. Zeitraum Seminare: 5 Tage in einer der beiden Herbstferienwochen im Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz. Das genaue Datum wird jeweils nach Absprache festgehalten. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine Mindestbelegung bzw. eine Mindestanzahl an Unterkunft- und Verpflegungsleistungen besteht nicht.
