Noch bis zum 11.12.2017 können sich Frauen, die bereits erste politische Erfahrungen in einem Verein, einer Bürgerinitiative, einem Berufsverband oder in einer Partei gesammelt haben, bewerben und anschließend an einem 10-monatigen Programm mit unterschiedlichen Coachings teilnehmen. Auch Mentor*innen werden gesucht.
In den Kommunalparlamenten wird politische Arbeit nah an den Menschen geleistet. Dies ist spannend, interessant und bringt neue Herausforderungen mit sich. Doch wie findet eine Einsteigerin den Weg in die Politik und was erwartet sie in einem Kommunalparlament?
Mit dem angebotenen Mentoring Programm möchte die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Frauen zu kommunalpolitischem Engagement und sogar zu einer Kandidatur ermutigen und entsprechend unterstützen.
