Umweltschutz) geschieht. Das Finanzministerium Sachsen-Anhalt nimmt in einem Schreiben zu dieser Abgrenzung Stellung.
Es sieht die Förderung des demokratischen Staatswesens insbesondere durch politische Bildungstätigkeit verwirklich. Eine unmittelbare Einwirkung auf parteipolitische Interessen und staatliche Willensbildung darf dagegen nicht stattfinden oder muss gegenüber der Förderung des gemeinnützigen Zwecks weit in den Hintergrund treten.
Unschädlich ist die gelegentliche Stellungnahme zu tagespolitischen Themen, solange die Tagespolitik nicht im Mittelpunkt steht.
Für eine schädliche politische Tätigkeit sprechen nach Auffassung des Finanzministeriums Sachsen-Anhalt insbesondere die folgenden Aktivitäten:
– die finanzielle und ideelle Unterstützung einer Partei
– Bildungsveranstaltungen nur für Parteimitglieder
– die Ausgabe von Materialien mit Partei-Logo.
Ob dass der Fall ist, soll durch Vorlage von Vortragsprogrammen, Lehrplänen und Referentenlisten geprüft werden.
