Ein Spender hat künftig die Zuwendungsbestätigung bis zum Ablauf eines Jahres nach Bekanntgabe des Steuerbescheids aufzubewahren, soweit das Finanzamt die Vorlage nicht schon vorher verlangt hat.
Für die Steuererklärung 2016, die bis zum 31. Mai 2017 beim Finanzamt einzureichen ist, gilt aber letztmals die Vorlagepflicht der Zuwendungsbestätigung zum Erhalt des Spendenabzugs.
