Doch das Ministerium verpflichtete die “Leser” Stillschweigen über das, was in den Verhandlungstexten steht, zu bewahren.
Prof. Christian Höppner, Präsident des Deutschen Kulturrates, sagte: “Durch die Enthüllung der geheimen Verhandlungspapiere hat Greenpeace zu mehr Transparenz beigetragen. Endlich haben wir es schwarz auf weiß: das Gemeinwohl spielt bei den Verhandlungen keine adäquate Rolle mehr. Diese wachsweiche Verhandlungsführung der EU-Kommission gefährdet auch unsere Standards in Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur. TTIP kann und darf so nicht weiterverhandelt werden!”
