Die Stelle ist für 1 Jahr befristet im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung und mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von 20 Stunden zu besetzen. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Bereiche Veranstaltungsorganisation und –durchführung (ca. 15 Std./Woche – Schwerpunkt: Ausstellungen, Märkte, spartenübergreifende Veranstaltungen) sowie Buchführung (ca. 5 Std./Woche). Arbeitszeiten sind werktags zu üblichen Bürozeiten und flexibel an Abend- und Wochenendterminen.
Wir erwarten ein abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium, Erfahrungen im Bereich Kulturmanagement, sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse und selbständiges Arbeiten (sehr gute Eigenorganisation und Zeitmanagement). Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend. Wir bieten eine vielseitige Aufgabenstellung mit hohem Maß an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten in einem kleinen Team.
