Künstlerinnen und Künstler sind aufgerufen, Entwürfe für temporäre Kunstwerke im Koblenzer Stadtgebiet einzureichen, die den Blick für vorhandene Freiräume schärfen. „Die künstlerischen Interventionen sollen im öffentlichen Raum und somit für jeden erfahrbar mögliche Antworten auf die Frage nach der Bedeutung und Wirkung von Landschaft in der Stadt anbieten und sie so für Anwohner und Besucher auf besondere Weise erlebbar machen“, erläuterte Heike Arend, Geschäftsführerin der ZIRP.
