Die Preisträger des Bundeswettbewerbs „Rauskommen! Der Jugendkunstschuleffekt 2015“ wurden am 29. Oktober 2015 im Suermondt-Ludwig-Museum in Aachen ausgezeichnet. Mit dem 2. Preis (1.500 Euro) wurde die Jugendkunstschule Altenkirchen des Kultur-/ Jugendkulturbüros Haus Felsenkeller e.V. (in Kooperation mit dem Europahaus Marienberg) mit dem Projekt „Phonehenge – A Communication Metaphor“ ausgezeichnet.
Der Wettbewerb „Rauskommen! Der Jugendkunstschuleffekt“ des Bundesverbands der Jugendkunstschulen und Kulturpädagogischen Einrichtungen e.V. (bjke) wird vom Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend gefördert und von Bundesministerin Manuela Schwesig als Schirmherrin unterstützt. Seit 2010 werden kulturpädagogische Projekte ausgezeichnet, die in besonderer Weise die Grenzen der eigenen Einrichtung überschreiten, um so die Zugänglichkeit zu und Teilhabe an kultureller Bildung für alle Kinder und Jugendlichen zu verbessern. Eine siebenköpfige Jury aus Experten der kulturellen Bildung und Jugendlichen wählte die Preisträger aus insgesamt 69 Einreichungen aus.
