Gesucht wird eine Kommune mit mindestens 50.000 Einwohnern, in der die Stadtverwaltung mit einer bürgerschaftlichen Initiative, vielleicht auch mit der lokalen Wirtschaft, eine Idee für die Entwicklung eines Quartiers hat und diese gemeinsam mit der Stiftung umsetzen will. Auch der umgekehrte Weg ist möglich: Die Initiative kann auch von der Zivilgesellschaft oder der Wirtschaft in Kooperation mit der Kommune ausgehen. Ideenskizzen können bis zum 15.
